This is a picture I made while creating my novel Death On The Horizon Of Joy, a murder mystery set in ancient Egypt. This image is a character study for two of the primary characters: Neb Teti, Chancellor of KaKhem Nome, and his much younger wife Nebet MeritNeith. Neb Teti and his family are the current inhabitants of Akhut Hinuwe (Horizon of Joy). The garment that Neb Teti is wearing is that which was worn by many administrative officials in a number of variations. They are shown standing in the back logia of AkhutHinuwe.
