During this often hectic, overfull, and stressful time of year, we can choose to create space in which to slow down, breathe, and return to full presence, awakening ourselves to what is happening inside of our own bodies, minds, hearts, and sprits.
Consider what you are ready to release, and what intention you would like to hold lovingly during the Winter months as you await the light's full return at Springtime.
