I was going to write about why we should count our Blessings... Things are seldom as dire as we make them out to be... I feel Blessed to be alive (And rightly so!) To have a roof over my head... To enjoy an abundance of clean, holy water... Not to wonder where my next meal is coming from, or if a meal is even coming... To have my rudimentary education... To have love... And the luxury of being alive and realizing how lucky and Blessed I am... I was going to write about counting our Blessings, but I will just count mine and say this...
Most often, we are the painters of our own worlds... Our personal landscapes... Choose grey and sad if you wish... I choose all the colors of the forest, of the sky and the sea... The brightness of the Sun and Mother Moon... I choose to recognize all my Blessings... To be appreciative of them...
