To an ancient Greek, exercise and particularly sporting was more than just recreation, it was religious, and you didn't have to be the best to benefit from the health that exercise provides. I know from experience that just running a 3 or 4 miles every other day and keeping my diet in check, makes a world of difference in my energy, mood, mentality, and bodily health. Get fit, in whatever way is best for you. You will see a world of difference in yourself.
